This technology makes full use of the characteristics of non-contact energy transfer of magnetic field force, through multi-stage magnetic circuit optimization design, accurate control of bearing capacity, the traditional contact transmission into non-contact suspension transmission, to achieve ultra-low power loss, improve the efficiency of wind power generation equipment. Focus on solving the problems of wind power equipment, such as vibration, noise, life, to reach no contact, low vibration, long life. At present, it has obtained 3 invention patents and 17 utility model patents.
With the rapid development of new energy demand, wind power equipment supply chain brings many challenges. Among them, the wind power spindle bearing has become the most important bottleneck restricting the development of the wind power industry. At present, about 98% market share of main shaft bearings of wind power above 6MW class is occupied by import enterprises, and only 32% market share of 3-6MW class is occupied by domestic bearing enterprises, and most of them are concentrated in low-power class, the main shaft bearing developed by meagre sodium can satisfy the application range of 1MW to 30MW wind power main shaft bearing, and has many advantages. It is of great significance to get rid of import dependence of wind power main bearing and protect the safety of national wind power industry chain.
